On 12 January on the B3004, my car broke down. I contacted the RAC and arranged for a pickup on 13 January.

Richard called me in the morning and we arranged a pickup time. Due to the road conditions he had been going since 4am.

I met him exactly at the time arranged and since the car had to go to Basingstoke he informed me the car would be taken to JD Motors lot and transported when the roads improved.

The next morning, He called to inform me the car had been dropped off and it was all taken care of.

Richard went above and beyond what was required. He was very professional and a great company representative.

A big thank you to your driver who recovered my son's car following a road traffic accident on the A325 at Alice Holt on 31 October last. Fortunately there were no injuries to the occupants of either car. Thank you for your kind consideration.

My apologies for not thanking Jamie in person last night. It was a very stressful situation and I just wanted to get home to my family.

Please pass on my sincere and heartfelt thanks to Jamie for pulling me out of Cockshott Lane. He did a tremendous job with great skill. By some miracle the cab survived with no damage at all. Jamie showed great professionalism and skill in difficult circumstances and I'm indebted to him for that.

Hopefully we will met in person sometime so that I can thank him face-to-face. In the meantime, congratulations for a job well done.

Your driver picked my wife and car up on Saturday last.

Having got them to our home address your operator would not leave until he had found the fault. This enabled us to call our mechanic and arrange for repairs on Monday morning, with the mechanic arriving with the correct part.

This was excellent service on behalf of Mr R Waters and we wish to make our appreciation known to you.
